Each Joe Jones/Great Outdoors location has its own staffing needs. At various times thorughout the year, you may find job postings online on this site. You are always welcome to visit your nearest store and pick up a job application. All applications are confidential and are taken seriously. Check our jobs page to see what's available!
Return PolicyTOP
Unused items may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of date of purchase with receipt. Refunds will be paid via the original purchase method. Refunds for cash sales over $25 will be issued as a check from our main office. Checks must clear with our bank before we can issue refunds. After 7 days, unused product may be returned for a credit memo, good at any of our stores for 1 year from date of issue. Product may be returned to any of our stores except the tent sale and Expo. ALL TENT SALE and EXPO sales are final. All items marked down 50% or more are FINAL SALE. If you have any further questions, please ask a store manager.
Shipping QuestionsTOP
We ship UPS Ground out of each of our stores. UPS cannot deliver to PO Boxes, so please have a physical address ready if you're planning to have us ship to you. If you are returning an item to us , please contact the store to get the correct address before shipping. If you have any other questions, please call the store you are shipping to.
Special OrdersTOP
We will always try to special order items for you. Special orders must be paid in advance and are a final sale, unless pre-arranged with a store manager. When your special order arrives, we will call you and you can either pick the product up at our stores or we can ship it to you. When an item is not available, we will be happy to suggest alternatives.

Joe Jones stands behind its staff and its products. When you speak with one of our salespeople before making a ski, snowboard or kayak purchase, you're backed by our Joe Jones Performance Guarantee. If you're not happy with your new equipment after trying it, bring it back to your salesperson for full credit towards another model. Ask your salesperson for details. Warranty/Repair IssuesTOP
The first step is speaking to one of our staff members -- please call one of our stores and we will be happy to assist you. Should you need to ship an item to us for a warranty repair/replacement, please ship it to our North Conway location: Joe Jones Ski & Sports, attn: Warranty/Repair, PO Box 920, 2709 White Mountain Highway, North Conway, NH, 03860 along with a detailed note and your contact information. Please include a copy of your original receipt as most companies will require it.
